Crimson Fox joins the Justice League Europe.

The issue begins with Bruce Wayne making a donation to the World Food Organization consisting of a giant globe stuffed with cash. A group of thieves attempt to steal the globe, but the Crimson Fox interferes. Meanwhile, the JLE is trying to determine the extent of Power Girl's loss of her powers. The robbers' helicopter crashes into JLE HQ where they are then apprehended. Captain Atom offers Crimson Fox membership into the JLE but she refuses.
